Good morning or good afternoon!
Recently I have been a lot more concerned about the types on products I put on my skin, and where they come from. This means I’ve been looking into which products contain natural ingredients and are cruelty-free. I know I am guilty of buying products from companies that test on animals and I do not feel good about it, at all. I love my furry friends!
My new goal is to only purchase cosmetic and personal care products from ethical companies. (or try my hardest) Here are a few that I really would like to give a try. (I know you cannot trust every source on the internet, but these seem “legit”)
Alba Botanica – I actually have a cleanser from the Hawaiian Collection already, and it smells SO GOOD!
Kiss My Face – When looking at this brand I was mostly drawn to the oral care products and the lip balm that sound oh-so-yummy. These balm contain spf, so bonus points? Yup.
Badger Balm – They have everything from lip balm to bug repellent. The only things they don’t have is make-up, but this brand has everything you could need for taking care of your skin. Not to mention they have a headache soothing balm!
Pure Anada – The brand appears to have a wide range of cosmetic offerings such as powders, foundations, body and lip butters, and blushes. Also a variety of skincare and bath products.
These are just a few of the brands I have discovered so far. There is much more research to be done, but it doesn’t look like there is a shortage of all-natural products available to be embraced.
Have any of you been more interested in all-natural cruelty-free products? If so, what are your favourite brands and products?
Have a great day lovelies!
Great product picks! I love Burt’s Bees.

I really liked Burt’s Bees too! Then I heard they were owned by Clorox 😦

Have you been able to find a brand that does BOTH skin care and cosmetics that you like pretty well? With sensitive skin, it is hard to find products, and so I haven’t really branched out beyond what I’m already using. The Badger Balm seems like it would be a good product to me, but I’ve never used it before, so if you try it, please let me know what you think!

Thanks for your comment. I haven’t actually tried any of these products except the Alba Cleanser, but they look promising! I do really like the eyeshadow colors from Pure Anada though. I really hope to try them in the future 🙂 I’ll be sure to do a post about the experience when I do. They also have skincare items but they do appear a tad pricey.

most good skin care items seem pricey…the cheap ones dry my skin so much! I’ll be looking forward to your follow-up experience post!

it is hard to find the right products, I have the opposite problem, my skin just seems to be extra oily no matter what. I hope I can get my hands on some of the products ASAP 🙂

Great list, so many things you wouldn’t expect to cause problems, but I guess you never know until you actually do a little research. 🙂
